Client Brief

The most important stage of a project where we listen to our client’s requirements and aspirations and develop an understanding of how they wish to use their property. If possible, this usually takes place with an initial site visit.

Ensuring we reflect our client’s taste, culture and lifestyle and that we understand key factors such as their expected timescale and budget is key to the success of a project. Following the briefing stage we will provide the client with our proposal that outlines the scope with estimated costs and fees.

Concept

Every brief is approached with a concept that is unique to our clients. Often inspired by the history, geography or the architectural vernacular of a property, the creative stage directs the style of a project and inspires floor plans, colour palettes and finishes, initial joinery ideas and furniture. We encourage as much comment as possible from our clients at this stage, working closely and collaboratively to ensure we are responding to their design vision.

Detailed Design

During the design development and detailing stage all finishes, schemes, furniture, joinery design and interior architecture will be presented along with our proposal for art and accessories. Once finalised this is where a breakdown of itemised costs will be provided.

Implementation

With an agreed schedule of works in place we will orchestrate, manage, and deliver an interior from concept to completion. Whether that be monitoring the construction process on site to ensure our design details are being executed correctly, co-ordination with suppliers and makers, ensuring timelines and budgets are being met and finally, overseeing the installation and snagging. Relationships with our trusted network ensure we achieve the highest quality for our clients.
